Spike had a small present in his hand as he walked through the graveyard wating for Buffy. he felt bad that he left her earlier but there was something he had to do. Spike went and sat on a tombstone wiating for her.

Buffy arrived at the graveyard. "Why did you leave in such a hurry earlier? Whats wrong? Is everything ok? Is it another apocolyps? Are we all going to die? Are you leaving me?" Buffy said as she just kept rambling on and on.

Spike went over to her and gave her a kiss to get her to stop rambling. "NO to all of the above." Spike said, "It's just I realised something." Spike said, "I love you." With that Spike got down on one knee and puled out a small black box opened it to show a ring the ring had Buffy's favorite stone in it with a small inscription that said, "Will you marry me?" SPike then said, "Buffy Ann Summers will you marry me?" Spike sked hestently.

Buffys eyes widend with joy. "Of course i will!" Buffy said as she jumped into spikes arms and gave him a big passionate kiss.

Spike smiled for once, "I love you so much." Spike said kissing her andgiving her a hug.

"I love you to. I dont know what i would do without you. When i am with you i feel like nothing in the world can hurt me, granted nothing probably can, but i feel safe with you." Buffy said with a smile. She had always said that to herself but had never told it to him.

Spike gave her a small kiss. "I'm glad I make you feel safe." Spike said. Spike was happy, he was going to give Buffy the best wedding. He knew she didn't have very much money, but he did so she was going to everything down to the forks and sthingys the way she wanted it.

Even though this was supposed to be a very happy moment, she couldnt help but think about what her friends would think. Would they approve,or disapprove? Would they think she was insain to be marrying a vamp, she even dated angel longer and the gang still never really accepted it and that was just dating, what would they say about her marrying one. She figured most of the gang would be happy for her but just three names kept popping in her head that wouldnt. Xander. Giles. Angel. What and how would she tell them? She loved spike with all her heart, but she just didnt know if she could be fully happy if she knew that there was people that she cared deerly about that werent happy for her.

"No, its just, what will they think. Especially Xander Giles and Angel. Oh my god what will angel say, no what will he do, its what he will do that scares me the most. What if he tries to kill you like before. I couldnt stand to loose you, I dont know what i would do." Buffy said becoming more and more worried.

Buffy just buried her head and her thoughts in spikes arms. She looked up at spike. "I cant believe it, were getting married! I love you so much." She said purposely forgetting all the stress that she had in her head, she would deal with that later, but for right now she was with her knight in shining armor.

Spike held her, relieved that she said yes. He really thought that she would say no, but she didn't. He was the happiest man on earth. "I love you too." Spike had a million thoughts going through his head. 'When is the wedding' and 'What will be her last name, since I can't remember mine'. Spike was turning into a nervous wreck second after second. He Tried not to thin about it,but it didn't help. He then felt Buffy in his arms, and all thoughts cleared his mind as she was the only one he was thinking about.

Buffy looked into Spike's eyes seeing the familiar stress that she had. Allthough there were many things to worry about, Buffy knew deep down in her heart that she was doing the right thing. She was going to marry the only man in all the world that she loved. Even though she cleared all her thoughts just one though kept coming back to her, she will get old and die and spike will continue living forever and he will have to watch her die and she didnt want to put him through all that pain. Just then she pulled away from spike and ran through the graveyard all the way home.

Spike watched as Buffy ran. He was heart-broken. He didn't know why she left but it hurt. Bad.
